Refund policy


We do not offer returns on open or used products. If you are curious if a product is right for you, please reach out, and we will gladly help with any questions you have. 


If you need to talk to us about a shipment for any, please email kisses@kissandmakeup.ca. We will gladly rectify any production issue that sometimes occurs (e.g., the skincare pump not working) or damaged packaging when shipping.


We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return & exchange policy requirements.


Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
